HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOMISED HAIRBAND? 
Please fill in the customisation form online or contact us via email or social media and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements and make your order to suit. 
WHAT IF A HAIRBAND I REALLY WANT IS OUT OF STOCK? 
Please get in touch and let us know as we may still be able to get more stock in or we can make it again, if we have stock availability. Or it may be that we need to order in more of that particular bead or materials to make. 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. We lovingly make most of our hairbands from scratch, and they are made to the highest quality therefore this can cause time delays during busy periods.
HOW WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER?
Orders are sent via signed for 1st class postage or 2nd class which ever is chosen at checkout, these are sent via Royal Mail.
This does require a signature at delivery.
If you are not home at time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a calling card detailing how to collect your items or if you have ordered baby bows or wired hairbands only, these are sent in a postal box which can be posted through your letterbox.
WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
If you are unhappy with your order please email heyprettymagpie@outlook.com with the subject, detailing the issue with your order. Obviously we hope this never happens. 
Faulty tems can be returned within 7 days of receiving delivery, if damaged only and and must show no sign of use and be in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the items.
Sadly items that have been used cannot be returned.
